5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide the App;
  • create and manage user accounts;
  • generate AI-enabled responses;
  • personalize the user experience;
  • process subscriptions and payments;
  • provide customer support;
  • respond to user inquiries;
  • improve App quality, safety, and reliability;
  • monitor for misuse, abuse, fraud, or security threats;
  • debug technical issues;
  • analyze usage and performance;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Grand Strategy Consulting LLC, and others.

6. AI Processing

The App may send User Content, prompts, or related context to third-party AI model providers or AI infrastructure services to generate responses.

AI processing may include:

  • interpreting your prompt;
  • generating reflections, scripts, or suggestions;
  • applying safety rules;
  • detecting prohibited or high-risk content;
  • improving response relevance within the App.

We will seek to configure AI providers and related services in a privacy-conscious way. However, exact processing depends on the vendors, infrastructure, and technical architecture used at the time.

The App is currently built on Lovable and may later move to alternative hosting, application, database, AI, or infrastructure providers. Vendor changes may affect how information is processed, stored, transmitted, or secured, but such changes will remain subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. AI Training

Unless stated otherwise in a specific notice, agreement, or setting, we do not intend to sell your conversation data or knowingly make your private App conversations publicly available.

Whether third-party AI providers may use prompts, outputs, or metadata for their own model training depends on the provider terms, settings, and integrations in use.

Grand Strategy Consulting LLC should confirm the exact model-provider training settings before publishing this policy.

The final published version should state one of the following clearly:

  • “We do not permit our AI providers to use your prompts or outputs to train their models,” or
  • “Some AI providers may use data according to their own terms,” or
  • a more specific vendor-by-vendor explanation.

Do not publish a stronger promise than the technical configuration supports.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information with the following categories of recipients.

A. Technology and Infrastructure Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the App, including:

  • app development platforms;
  • hosting providers;

E. Business Transfers

If Grand Strategy Consulting LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the App, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

9. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, financial, or legitimate business reasons.

The final published version should include the actual retention periods once confirmed, for example:

We may retain limited information where necessary to:

  • comply with law;
  • prevent fraud or abuse;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce our Terms;
  • maintain security;
  • keep business, tax, accounting, or compliance records.

14. Marketing Communications

If you sign up for updates, newsletters, promotional messages, or product announcements, we may use your email address to send those communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting hello@grandstrategy.llc.

We may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, subscription, security, legal notices, service changes, or support requests.

15. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the App, improve performance, detect errors, and make product decisions.

Analytics may include information such as:

  • pages viewed;
  • features used;
  • session duration;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • approximate location;
  • technical errors;
  • aggregated usage patterns.

Where required, we will provide notice and choices for analytics cookies or similar technologies.

16. International Users

The App is operated by Grand Strategy Consulting LLC in the United States.

If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our vendors operate.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations.

17. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Depending on the law that applies, these may include rights to:

This section should be reviewed by counsel before publication to confirm whether the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act applies to the App.

19. Sensitive Personal Information

Because the App invites emotional reflection, users may voluntarily submit information that could be sensitive.

This may include information about:

  • relationships;
  • workplace conflict;
  • stress;
  • emotional experiences;
  • health-adjacent concerns;
  • family situations;
  • personal identity;

20. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, resources, or platforms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party services.

You should review third-party privacy policies before using those services.

21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, by email, or by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
